I have gone back and forth with these for a couple years, but i think I really like this one. Anyone else doing something similar?

I wanted to know if i could change a few things from the command mode cells. I want to change Rev Nuber:, Ser Number:, And Stats Count:

On ours, I added a third row for 'Comments' and 'Job Number' that is filled based on the tracefields. The 'Rev Number', I left the same. But for 'Serial Number', that is customized for customer name, and the 'Stats Count' is customized for Program Runtime.

I shifted the columns in the upper right so the date will always be on a single line. The time doesn't need very much room.
