Hello all . . . so off the bat I understand the version we're running is quite old. PCDMIS 2001 to be precise. I'm having an issue calibration any probe file. For whatever reason the software doesn't recognize the selected config to be calibrated. I've deleted all probe files and created from scratch to no avail. I also replaced the "Tool.DAT" file from the install CD as well . . . no go. Is it possible for me to simply re install over the existing corrupt install while maintaining all controller, hardware config settings?
Right below your message that pops up, there is a drop down for List of Available Tools. Your qualification sphere should be listed in that. Otherwise, you will have to click "Add Tool" and create your sphere.
