FCR 25 Will not re-calibrate to new location.

Hi,

I calibrated an FCR 25 Port on PCDMIS 2014 (Release). Everything worked perfect. For training purposes I diassembled the Rail and Rack and had a new employee setup the Probe Changer again. However, On setting it up and calibrating it again, it will not work.

It isn't finding the ports properly and is crashing.

Is there any way that the probe might be remembering the location of the old ports which are more than likely slightly off compared to the new ones?
Is there any way to make sure that the original port location is no longer there anymore?

Or is there some other reason entirely as to why it might not be working this time around?

Thanks,

Cian

Maybe your mount point is set incorrectly. move your probe in front of and pretty high above the Rack and click Read Machine Button.
