ERROR CE ,S%1 ,TR_CE .0X14000034 Command argument out of limit

Hey Gurus,
Can you help me with this error please?
I have a Global performance, PCDMIS 2014.1 (service pack 6) mar 14 2016.
I was changing a tip from 1x30 to 1x20x10 ext when I have this error.
Turn off everything, restart and have the same error.

Kirbster269, is not a new probe. I received a program from German using all kind of probe configuration (60mm long) build on PCDMIS 2009. The error shows when place the cursor over the loadprobe command and select my standard probe 1x20x10ext. Roberto, really helpful the info. I had to delete the probe and build it again to fix the problem. Thank you very much guys for your support.
