After changing my OS to Windows 10 and upgrading to 2016 Pcdmis software, I had to re-add the calibration tool. Since doing so, I'm getting awful calibration results. I posted some pictures (having trouble with the file size on some of the pics) hoping to get some feedback on what I need to do differently. The calibration sphere was already setup when I started working with this CMM and calibrating has never been an issue, so I'm guessing I'm just missing something. The sphere I'm using is a brown & sharpe: Ident. Nr. - M0856 with a ø of 24.9824 mm.
I find it odd that your 5MM sphere says it was 25mm in your qualcheck. Have you tried to reset the tips nominals before calibration? Also, is this a scanning machine?
