Maybe you need to change search path for Recall directory or make sure you are saving to that directory.

I keep the external alignment saved in the program folder, that way all you have to do is enter the external alignment name and it will search the program folder by default
It was not working with file file path which is created automaticaly after save alignment but once I delet the path line before external alignment, it works. Thanks for your responce. I have one more question. Can I use read point alignment as an external alignment ?
I guess any alignment can be saved as an external alignment but, when I use read point the program automatically creates a new alignment each time the program is run. I don't see the reason for saving an external alignment. Unless, you are using a fixture?
