Alternative way on Report

Guys,

I've just started to use PC-DMIS for CMMs, weeks ago.
I need help on the reporting format, especially on the parts that require many measurements.
As I'll be measuring all dimensions, based on drawing.
Reporting with PC-DMIS can be tedious as there are many dimensions, what is the best way to generate a report, for instance, part as such.

  • The first thing I would do, is balloon the drawing. So that you could revert the balloon number back to dimension.

In fact, I have the STEP file, which I could "Auto-Calculate" all of the dimensions with respect to the origin with Solidworks.

Is there a way to generate report, where-by PC-DMIS able to capture the deviations between CAD Model and Actual Probe reading?

It is easy to compare values between physical parts and CAD model over the "probe readouts", but I couldn't find ways to record it down.

I find it is a tedious process to manually select all of the "Dimension" by myself.
