manual retract for analog probing

has anyone noticed the conflict when changing the analog manual probe retract in the F5 parameters menu in an inch program? it seems to go into a never ending arguement and i have to fight past an argument error and open a metric program and try to change it there. not sure if i am doing something wrong or it is a bug in the inch side of things.

all i was wanting to do was lessen the auto retract. looks like it is retracting close to .100" but when i changed the setting with an inch program open, it freaked out and was ridiculously difficult to get the error cleared and back to what it was.
