Features are (*red text) in selection window, program has never been run

Hi All,

I swear I figured this out before, but what I think I did is not working...

I pulled a virgin program from a .zip file. All nominals are programmed offline (technically online connected to machine, but everything including manual features are to nominals).

The whole list of features appears red with a " * " before it (if I recall this is to indicate features that aren't true to your current run). New features I add are black. See attached.

I tried "Reset Execution List", and "Reset Measured Values to Nominal" for All, closed, closed PC-DMIS, Saved As, closed, closed PC-DMIS etc etc.

Can't get them to reset. Any ideas?

  • You can also drop down the menu called interface and select offline instead of the CMM. It's below the file type drop down.

Ah, good call... works like a charm, and running in offline reset all features like Misterlocon Mike said, thanks to both of you.

I noticed in Offline mode that the machine probe is not present either (unless pathlines are on or running program etc).. I program at 0,0,0 (technically machine home), so in online if the probe is halfway across the machine, the rotate would get sketchy if I wasn't clicking directly on a CAD surface because it was looking at a much bigger area.

Another day, another complete change to how I do things haha.
