2017 CAD Model Rotation Slipping??

We just jumped from 2014 to 2017. In 2017 when I rotate the CAD model it seems to slip away from my mouse quite often.

Has anyone else had this issue? When I run 2014 again it works just fine...

It makes me want to fight my computer!

Every time it slips I feel my blood pressure skyrocket... If I die, blame hexagon.

DItto. It pisses me off, more than it probably should (I mean it's such a little thing, but that ends up making it more infuriating, since that means it should be an easy fix, or maybe never have been broken in the first place... undocumented "enhancement"). It never happened in 2012 with the option checked.

VinniUSMC exactly! I'm a pretty zen guy and not much gets to me... with all the other frustrations this job entails, this slipping is by far the most annoying.
