When I try to send a stats report to file from datapage I get the attached message. It send the report to file but there is no data in it. Not sure what the problem is, I assume its something in the settings.
In datapage+, go to tool, then go to calculations. That's where the settings are that are causing your issue. Pm me and Ill share with you my settings if you want.
DP+ typically uses an intermediate text type file called XSTATS11.TMP to transfer the data out from PC-DMIS and into DataPage. It is likely that an invalid reference to a file/path was made at one time and no has caused a sort of a logjam. Backup this file and then remove it, and try again, to see if the problem clears. It is possible to edit this file and fix the error if you are familiar with the contents.
Looks like your trying to generate a capability model from a single piece of data. Either choose a label template that matches single transaction reporting, increase the total number of transactions to nine(3 groups of 3), or change your capability settings to reflect the number of parts and groups you are trying to report.
