Getting Error while scanning

Hi Guys,
We have a scanning error in a controlled program. The starting point of the scanning surface goes to opposite surface and then it runs normally, All the programs which have scanning same like this gives some trouble to us nowadays which we are using more than a month. I have attached the image in which you can clearly know about what i come to say.
So do u guys have any idea for this problem???

  • I noticed your origin is a midpoint of the scan. Is there a possibility that your vectors are flipping in your alignment? If you rotate about a line that starts and ends in front of and behind your tetrahedron, and that line is .000001° positive or .000001° negative of the previous alignment, your rotation tetrahedron will literally flip 180°. It does absolutely bonkers things to your routine. To fix, you should make a rotation feature with absolute vector direction radiating away from your current origin, for all alignments.

Not hard to do, just hard to explain given the flexibility in how we can establish alignments and utilize multiple types of features for alignments.
