Run the program offline to get perfect parts every time!
That's funny! Same thing I always tell my machinists when they complain about CMM results and don't want to look into any issues. "You know, I could just run this offline and we can make many copies"; "you'll have perfect parts that way". LOL
There is a guy i work with, when his part is out of spec, I tell him to just fudge the numbers because that's what he'll do anyway! Lol. He gets mad at me now. He did that one time, so started the press up and made bad parts. I let him do that for a little bit, then I told my supervisor, which he went to that dude's supervisor. He got in trouble....lol.
