Deviation between 2 diameters

I have a toolmaker wanting to know a tube thickness by measuring an ID and an OD at the same depth however I've never reported this kind of dimension before. Is there a way to report the deviation between these 2 diameters so I can report the part thickness at the depth being requested?

BIG assumption that the diameters are concentric.....

ASSIGN/V1=CIR1.R-CIR2.R

Then use V1 to report the wall thickness.
