Z Axis Dimensions Issues

I recently wrote a program for our DCC machine and everything is looking good but, when looking at the graphic display window, my measurements are floating above the CAD model and it's throwing off all of my Z dimensions. I show my origin on the CAD along with my alignment features but, all the other points are in space. Any ideas?

This is one of the measurements that are way off. Is the above what you are looking for?
