True Position of a circle

dear all,

I am new guy for PCDMIS, currently I am using PC-DMIS rev 4.3 and 2012.
recently, I found a problem with a program for my product. it is about a true position of a circle, please refer to attached photo for details.
a circle which is labelled as CHAR7, the true position result is 0.0035in rather than 0 when i just use CAD model(not a physical part) to run this program.

Appreciate if you can give me advise.

Hi kirbster269,

the color in green is what I set up at. When I run on a actual part,the result is changed.

However, the problem is still there, why the TP result is not 0 if I run progam on CAD.
