I got E stop in pc dims and the machine doesn't move the problem there is no E stop activated every thing ok in addintion the window sign E stop still showing in pc dims.
I had an E-stop go bad in a classic Brown & Sharpe/Hexagon jogbox. We opened the jogbox and saw the plastic body of the switch had partially separated from itself. So even though the button was up, the circuit was still interrupted. My Maint. Dept. was able to scrounge up a compatible E-stop, (I think it just has to fit in the space and attach in the same way, they are fairly standardized). That solved the problem.
