Hello. This is more of a hardware issue I believe. The x,y, and z readings change in PCDMIS when I move the probe head around the machine, but the LED lights on the probe head are not on and it won't register a hit. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!
What type of probe head does you machine have? i know with the TP20 Modules if they take a good hit (crash) the pins that are in the module can shift in or out of the module. if there shifted out you can take the module off and put it on a graphic surface plate and reseat them. Have you tried cleaning your connection with probe head putty aswell?
