2020 R1 : unable to use the CMMVe

All is in the title.
When loading the CMMVe, there's a message saying that the "2D lens distorsion" is not calibrate.
I try to calibrate it and goes to windows...
I also tried measuring without calibrate it, and goes also to windows...

I go back to 2019R2...

Can you clarify what you mean by "goes to windows". Does pc-dmis simply vanish? No crash/hang... ??

Hi Jeffman,
We tested 2D Lens Distortion calibration in 2020 R1 with CMMV and did not see an issue. I have not seen any reports filed in our Issue tracking software, have you reported this to the local commercial operation?
