Written a programme but the results report will only fill in the input info to the heading on page1 of 2 pages ?

Are you asking how to put the header on page 2? If so, find out which dimension page 2 starts with and add in Insert->Report Command-> Report Label and select FILE_HEADER.LBL

Add that command line above the dimension page 2 starts with
