PC-DMIS 2019 R2 Crashes at startup

Running PC-DMIS 219 R2 for a while then one morning it crashes at startup. restart everything doesn't help. Machine is shut down every night no night shift. Im the only one running this machine for about 11 yrs.

Any Ideas on what to look for would be great.

Back up your settings and try doing a Reset User. This will reset all your default user settings. You can import your backed up settings. Should do the trick. However, importing your settings back in may cause this to crash like previously. Then you just have to spend the time redoing icon layouts, search paths, etc.
