PCDMIS Issue at launch

When PCDMIS 2019 R2 is launched, I cannot open, create files: basically can't do anything. I submitted a ticket 4 days ago, called Hexagon and they said "We are really busy and someone will get back to you." The machine being down is causing a lot of issues within the department / company.
Any idea why this would be happening???

  • Call them. Be respectful but stern. Remind them that your SMA is current and you’re machine down and that this is unacceptable. The person on the phone will regurgitate their pre-prepared “customer service script” about how they are experiencing high call volumes and some cr@p about covid and yaddayadda.. then an actual tech will call you back within a couple hrs. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.
