Looping a program for a capability study, reporting out with Excel Form Report. I have it set up for 30 parts.
2020R2.
It keeps reporting the first part rather than each new part. This used to work. What may have changed?
That seems to have done it. going to run a 6 part sample to ensure they're all different but my 3pc test looks like they're all different, 2 parts are just super close in flatness. the 2nd dimension i added is far different so i dont believe its repeating.
No that's not necessary. I'm just paying it forward. I'm usually the one asking for help. I've learned so much from this forum. I'm just glad I can help now.
Updating this as I think I have a consistent solution. The key is the placement of the "print" command. I was placing the print command AFTER the Excel Form Report command thinking that it would "delete last instances" and run the next loop with a clean buffer. Apparently this is not how it works. Placing the print command IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the Excel Form Report command seems to remove everything BUT the last loop from the buffer. This has consistently worked for me.
