Estimated Execute Time from Offline

Hi,

As a CMM programmer, how can I find out the actual measurement time on the CMM machine of the programs I make offline? (How) can we do that ?

Thanks in advance.

  • The 2020R2 can 'time' a run, but it changes if you have calibration/manual alignments.

For offline timers, your offline seat would need to be able to see your workstation. You'd need to have proberack access in your offline seat to recreate the travel distance and interaction with your proberack. Also it would need to artificially figure out the time delay following scan inputs.
You can get close approximations if you want to, but it's still will be off for varying reasons.
