eDrawngs versus SolidWorks Importing files

Hi all, I'm using PC-DMIS 2019 R2, When i import iges or step files some of features are invisible or some are solid where i can't click on the actual feature. It seemed to be ok for awhile with SolidWorks, then engineering starting using eDrawings, anybody else have this trouble? Or ideas.

I've only run into this issue with spheres. Kinda important, as tooling balls are used for datums....
I haven't figured out a work around. I think it's a .prt to .igs conversion thing.

Having issues with important a sphere with solid works. Works if i do half a sphere. Figured its because there is no definitive lines to define a surface. Any solutions for this?
