Good morning, for some reason when i am aligning the second side of the part, the probe orientation is upside down. The alignment shows up in the correct area on the cad model but the probe will not and this affect my measurement anybody know the reason this is happening.

Edit > preferences >
Setup > Part to machine > set your part to the machine as it is on your CMM vs the part trihedron.
