During calibration the probe head is driving into the cal. sphere in-between tips. (Mistral, TP-20)
It has not done this before. Not sure what's changed. Other CMM ran fine (Global, TP-20).
We don't have a program, we are just using the measure button and calibrating all tips.
is there a way to add clearance moves to the calibration?
This person stated "IN BETWEEN TIPs" In other words A90B90, calibrates goes up rotates A90B-90, crashes into the sphere, doesn't clear the Calibration ball, and crashes right into the sphere with the knuckle. This equals struggling computer. unless he or she misworded there question.
