AUTO PLANE: thread

I've been out of the PCDMIS game for about a year so I'm still getting my bearings on 2021.2

When it comes to planes I feel like PCDMIS is a bit underwhelming.

I have a few generic questions that hopefully could be used for others needing some tips on how to build and work with AUTO PLANES.

1. when building a plane in a RADIAL pattern, didn't we used to have the ability to grab the entire group of points and rotate them around a central axis? I want to be able to put points exactly where I want between a BC without having to mess with the ANGLE rotation. Is this capability gone?

2. For the DEFAULT MEASUREMENT STRATEGY, Why does PCDMIS have such a hard time putting points on a selected CAD surface? Am I missing something here? I don't understand that when I select a CAD surface, PCDMIS doesn't actively try to put all points in the best places on a particular surface. Is there a trick I'm missing?

3. When using any ADAPTIVE SCAN tool, CAN YOU you convert those to "TO POINTS"?

4. For any of the ADAPTIVE SCAN tools, how do you easily see on the GDW the active changes you are making? As I change variables, the green paths don't automatically update. What am I missing here?

Thank for the help fellas. It's good to be back in front of PCDMIS but I think I'm missing a few tips here to make my life easier.
