I have started at a new organization that uses CAD++ 2021.1, and I am programming away when I am distraught to find that the "Paste with Pattern" dialog box is in the old style, and
there is no "Curve" tab present to select. I'm pretty sure that feature was released by this revision, in fact I see it in the
release notes for this revision. What gives? This is an awesome feature that I am quite fond of when it works correctly (~67% of the time).
Are you certain it's 2021.1 and you have a CAD model loaded? Also, if you're new to this company, I assume they set up a new user account for you. Did they grant you full admin access the first time you launched PC-DMIS? If not, then it won't be set up correctly and you could see all sorts of strange behaviour. I would start by getting IT to grant you the required permissions and then doing a new install of 2021.1
