Strange error message

Good afternoon all,

"The save process can not find the start of the Measurement Routine."

We have had this error pop a few times randomly on some of our machines. I haven't a clue what it means. Will not allow the machine to run unless you do a full restart/rehome then its perfectly fine. Happens at the "open program" screen before any program has been opened. We are running 2019r2 on all our machines.

Are you:
- loading the programs off of a network drive?
- using an antivirus/antimalware program?

Does this dialog pop up after you have selected a program to open or when the open dialog is shown and you are about to select a program?

Program is called from a local drive and has been run in the past. Dialog pops up when trying to save a program that is open. The program itself is having a different issue - there is an autocal in the middle of the program that it is skipping everytime. Could the two problems be related?

So the program should do calibration at start, then runs a few features, then does another calibration, runs the rest... Anything to check or deal with middle calibration result ?
