Vector Points to measure profile

I want to measure a profile using vector points and I've tried creating a feature set with the vector points and dimensioning the profile but I get a deviating of .0001 when the X is .0015 from nominal. My nominal xyz & ijk for the vector points is correct. Right now I'm dimensioning the X deviation but there is a lot of points. I would love to put them all together and get the min max of a set of vector points for my profile. I would appreciate some help. Thanks

Assuming feature set is SCN1 :

ASSIGN/TVAL=DOT(SCN1.HIT[1..SCN1.NUMHITS].XYZ-SCN1.HIT[1..SCN1.NUMHITS].TXYZ,SCN1.HIT[1..SCN1.NUMHITS].TIJK)
ASSIGN/PROF_ASME=MAX(V1)-MIN(V1)
ASSIGN/PROF_ISO=2*MAX(ABS(V1))
