i am using a B&S one machine with PCDMIS 2019R2 and a tp20t articulating wrist. i am measuring diameters aprox 17" i get good diam dimensions and good concentricity dimensions but surface profile is way out...it wants .2mm to A datum (top lip) and B datum cylinder ID...i am taking 12 points around the OD then creating a circle or a cylinder with 24 points but continue to get results that are 2 tp 3 mm out of tolerance in the plus...any ideas suggestions would help...or maybe this machine software setup wont do it..yes i am using a CAD model...
