2022.2 SP1 Menu / toolbar issues

This has been a problem for several versions now. USE PARAMETER SET shows more than one icon with the same name in the INSERT / MODULE menu. I have un-installed / repaired, reset user, reset product and it does not fix it. Don Ruggieri
