On calibration error and machine will not continue.

"Error PI , S%1 , TR_PI , 0X1200001a Command argument has an invalid value"
Comes up in my prompt and the CMM will not continue calibration. I've read on a few spots to change the acceleration but this has no effect on my error. Please Help

Problem was Solved by turning acceleration from 2500mm/s to 1500mm/s
