Yes, I see this all the time. Some of my machines run 2021 but my offline seat is 2019. So when I back save to 2019, it coverts all my gd&t callouts to comments. When I open the prog up in my laptop, the gd&t its basically a a gd&t callout typed into a comment. I have to re dimension the callout, delete that comment and then upload it back to the CMM with all my changes.
Since the screen shot is full of dimensions, i'm guessing they are gd&t callouts converted into comments.
