if theyre all out, check the first hole, create an alignment that uses it as an origin, then check the rest of the holes that are also offset, then recall original alignment to dimension out actual values.
IF you need this automated, I guess you could make your own grid of search points (with a stylus larger than 0.080), and ask PC-DMIS which point was "lowest". Similar to code discussed in this thread:
