Calibration colision avoidance

The company I work at now has a small 7.6.5 MicroXcel. I have found that sometimes when I'm calibrating tips the some of the tips hit the probe rack when indexing. I know that PCD has calibration avoidance I just can't figure out how to set it up. any help would be appreciated.

  • I may be wrong, but don't believe that part on the collision detection is smart enough to know where the probe rack is. You can adjust safe moves under "setup" tab of stylus management dialogue box, micromanage the calibration order and hit "use user-defined order", or simply calibrate only 1 tip angle at a time.
