Position of Slots with Boundary

PC-DMIS is giving me erroneous readings (positional and bonus) when i dimension the slots.
Now I know that it is not calculating properly when using auto-features. So I created Generic features for the width and length.
So the DRF doesn't give me the 'Boundary' when doing this.
The callout on the MBD is .0000 (M) A/B/C (Boundary)

But if I use the features itself, it does give me the 'boundary' but the features always exhibit max bonus (not measured bonus) and it is not calculating in this bonus into the position.

1st when I have to check position of slots I use auto points then construct center/mid points from that. Then I use legacy to dimension those points; I don't trust xact enough to use it for position dimensioning. If anything, I have the software report slot location using cartesian coordinates only & whatever the deviations I plug into the T.P equation.
