How to find Datum Position

Good morning,

I have my alignment set up to datum A, B, and C. My Datum B is my starting point so it shows 0,0,0. they want to see the position variation between both Datums. What is the best way to Align to see the difference? 3-2-1? Iterative?

There is not a lot to go on here.
What is the callout/note on your print that is requesting the evaluation? Understanding this and telling us what type of features each datum is may help you gain some additional information.

Typically you'd show the orientation error of B with respect to [A] and the position error of C with respect to [A|B], but it depends on the particular geometry involved as R2ah1ze1l stated.
