don't use 5.1 for the feature name, that is a Pcdmis 'basic', numbers, letters, and the underscore only.
(going to start yet another thread 'cause you don't like this answer?)
the tip needs to approach and retract from the -X side. the curious thing is that it works perfectly for the middle two rows but seems to have an issue with this particular orientation.
the middle rows used A90B90 and A-90B-90
the upper rows used A67.5B90 and A-67.5B-90
thats the only difference that i can see... is there something additional i should check in background settings?
i know there are plenty of CC haters about, and with some reason... but its been a huge help to me so if we could try to limit feedback to solutions and i'll happily share whatever work out!
Could there be something wrong with the vectors of the CAD surface? I've had that mess up my day a time or two.
Just now noticed that avoidance moves were on. Sometimes avoidance moves and clear cube will fight each other and cause weird stuff.
I would check the surface vectors of the cad model. Easy check to turn off 2-sided lighting and turn on back face culling to see if the cad surface disappears. I had a similar issue with a profile in an untested customer supplied program a few weeks ago.
