What does this GD&T mean?

  • Someone forgot the "Ø" in the tolerance though.

    ​​This print should also have diametric symbols, correct? They didn't include a datum A on the print but I found a similar print with datum A as the OD of the part. I don't know that our shop can hold this tolerance.

    Yes. However, one could debate over the fact that it is not determined if it is the smaller diameter or the larger diameter of the splines that the position applies to? In other words, I am not convinced that this is the correct way to tolerance splines (maybe profile would be a better option).
