you can select any auto-circle in the gemetric_tolerance - Position_dialog no matter if it is a full circle or a radius.
I am assuming you mean that the diameter inside the position label should be displayed as radius instead of diameter.
This is not possible with the normal position label (perhaps with a costum label).
I recommend that you dimension the radius of an auto-circle in an extra DimensionCommand.
