How to Reset all Actuals to Theoreticals?

Moved my part and even though I am doing a manual alignment it wont forget the previous actuals and crashes.

Edit: or perhaps I need to do something to make my manual alignment do its thing on the second part?
Edit: realizing my alignment is based on a constructed line and it looks like the constructed line is not "reconstructing" itself after I moved the part and started the execution from the top.

What happens when you run it through OFFLINE ?

I cant run offline, pc-dmis will crash if I try to anything before homing axes. I just figured out if I change my constructed line from 2d to 3d it works. perhaps it was reconstructing but since it was 2d it was thrown off.
