Hole 4 is the last measurement in the routine. Sometimes it finishes the routine sometimes it just gets stuck after hole 4 and I have to hit cancel. Play/Pause and Stop buttons do nothing. Do I need to tell it to end in edit window or something? When I hit cancel it asks me if I want to print the report and I hit yes, but it doesn't print the report - all the reported values are from my previous routine.
Not to be picky, but you really want to avoid special characters in your naming conventions. The only one that seems to be flawlessly acceptable is '_', I know a '.' doesn't seem like it should screw anything up, but for some reason, PCDMIS doesn't like it in naming conventions. Maybe it will help, maybe it won't, but it is better practice to avoid special characters wherever you can. Good luck.
Strongly agree with this. Can cause a lot of issues, use simple ID's like S1, T1, SLTR1, CYL1. You can also balloon your GD&T drawing to link all the key characteristics so you don't have to put them into your ID's.
i guess some calculation is slowing your system down. Or maybe check if there is some pop up window in the background it tricked me a lot of times. it can hide behind your graphics windows etc... and waiting for input
