Constructed a PCD and line also. Allignment done but rotation changing to 180 degrees some times. How to arrest the line allignment?

post your code please. This is usually a case of the vector going opposite what you think it is, and there is usually a good explanation

check your workplane that could cause that flipping or what Don said above
