Measuring Round components using a star probe on PC DMIS

I am currently writing a program for a round component with internal and external detail, the way I am doing it is by taking sets of points in the YPLUS then copying and pasting the same pattern of points and putting probe changes and rotations in between each pattern, I am use to working on Mitutoyos where I would just loop it and turn my loop counter on but as I have only had the basic training for PC DMIS this is the best way I can think to measure a round component.
So now I have all the points and I am trying to create all the circles and planes, but the error code popping up is ''Theo math failed for CIR3: Features do not intersect/math does not converge''
XYZ position and vectors all look good I cant see why the circle is not able to construct. is this because I am using the wrong approach or can I work loops in the same way as I would on a Mitutoyo to save me writing the same pattern of points 4 times.

Any help would be great or point me in some sort of direction.
