Problem with touch probe. Can someone help me ? :)

I have some problem or bug with touch probe while i am using PC DMIS..I have a video of the problem that is bothering me. If someone can help me i will be gratefull. I cant post video of that problem here cause its too large. Where i can post that video that u can see ? Touch probe hit the object one time and then repeat that hit few times, then go forward. Like some bug. Why is that happens ?

Your probe PHC has dip switches behind them. I'm presuming they are configured to have the LONGEST delay for probe hit detection (100ms). Renishaw has explicit white papers that outline what the dip switches do, and they vary between the models of PHC.
If your probe is moving too fast or has too short of a prehit/retract distance, plus the long delay in hit detection, the machine is not able to detect the hit successfully.
    Either:
-decrease the movespeed for those hits
    -increase prehit/retract distance
or (this is a fundamental change toy our system, and would need to recal all probes), change your dip switches to reduce that delay per the renishaw doc.
