Reporting MMC with MMB

Hello,

I have a problem with reporting position of a hole.
I'm a bit confused of how to report this in pcdmis.

Using PC-DMIS 2017 R1 SP10

Drawing frame:

ASME Y14.5
Is this correct?
If it is, then what is the actual bonus of position? Also do I take into account deviations of Dat A and Dat B?
What is my actual result and what is the bonus.

So the results are correct with the drawing, but can someone explain how the MMB really works for two datums in this case? (D,A,B, all are in one line)
I'm trying to find any source of definition but cant.

Trying to explain to other people how it works and why we should go this way
