When I hit CTRL+P it prints the graphic display window. Is there a setting to change it back to printing the report? It used to just print the report.

View - Toolbars - Customize. Navigate to the Keyboard tab. Remove the Ctrl+P assignment from "Graphic Window Print..." and assign it to "Report Window Print".
It works for me but I have to have focus on the Edit Window.
