I tried to search for answer, with no luck.
We recently upgraded our PC-DMIS to 2020 from 2011 and the ability to Insert a Scan was activated. I didn't have any trouble before the upgrade, but now when I try to insert a Scan ( closed or open) it won't let me choose the section I actually want to Scan, and when I try to Generate the Hits, PC-DMIS stops responding and shuts down the program. I can hold down "ALT" and click and highlight sections I want to Scan, but when I try to insert a Scan, nothing works.
Does anyone have the step by step instructions to adding a Scan. I am using a Cad Model for this program.
